Details: Our Cat5E Outdoor Shielded Solid Direct Burial Bulk Cable is constructed of high quality materials and designed for permanent outdoor installations, either above or below ground. The cable is not terminated which gives the flexibility to make multiple runs from one large spool and terminate the cables onsite once they're installed. The raw, unterminated cable enables you to cut the cable to your required length and it's easier to run through an exterior wall, since the cable itself has a much smaller profile without the connector on it, therefore allowing you to drill a much smaller hole to fish it through. Foot markers on the jacket itself are useful when measuring and also knowing how much is left on the spool. The UV Resistant, Weatherproof Cable is rated for outdoor use and essentially capable of handling all environmental variables. It has a wide Operating Temperature Range and it's specialized jacket that protects the cable from damage caused by exposure to water and sunlight and is both sturdy and resistant to heat, cracks and tears, therefore making it suitable for both outdoor and harsh environments. The 24AWG, 4 Pair Solid Cable is constructed of 100% Bare Copper Wires ensuring clear transmission and the cable's shielding helps to eliminate EMI/RFI and crosstalk and the result is superior performance and enhanced data integrity. The overall robust construction makes the cable solid and sturdy, yet it's still pliable so it's easy to work with. Our cable can be deployed across a rooftop, lashed to an existing cable on a telephone pole or buried partially or fully underground so it's perfect for use in multi-building campus networks and in residential networking applications for data, voice and video that require ethernet to transmit signals or power devices like Security Cameras, Intercoms or Access Points (PoE/PoE+ Compatible).
