RiteAV - 2 Port Coax Decorative Type Wall Plate - Ivory (Bracket included) is easy to install with the two painted white screws that are included with the plate. The Low Voltage Bracket is mounted to the wall first, in a few simple steps. We provide it with our plates, to expedite the installation process since you'll have what you need from square one. The bracket can be used in drywall that is 1/4" to 1" thick, since the integrated screws are adjustable. It's meant for use with low voltage connections, so it eliminates the need for a junction box (although all RiteAV Plates mount seamlessly and flushly to any standard-sized box, if you prefer to go that route, or intend to use the plate with a box that is already in place). Once the bracket's in place, you can plug your cables into the back of the plate and mount it to the bracket using the screws provided. The process is simplified since the Coax Cables are plugged into the front of the plate the same way they are on the back. The result is a flush-mounted plate which provides a simple and refined look, as it keeps the cabling neatly hidden behind the wall.
